La preparazione è semplice, spiego come procedo: lavare bene le arance con una spazzola, con un pelapatate prelevare la parte arancione della scorza senza il bianco interno che è amaro, metterle in una busta di carta (quella del pane) e appoggiare sui termosifoni accesi, il calore dei termosifoni le asciugherà e <u>non sarà necessario</u> metterle in forno; in una padella antiaderente mettere lo stesso peso ( delle scorze ) di zucchero e lo stesso peso di acqua lasciare sciogliere lo zucchero e aggiungere le scorzette, lasciare su fiamma moderata finchè saranno caramellate, cioè finchè si sarà asciugata tutta l'acqua, circa 20 minuti.</p><p>Le scorzette che ho preparato io erano 300 g ed ho pesato 300 g di zucchero e 300 di acqua.</p><p>Sistemare le scorzette su carta forno e lasciarle asciugare per alcune ore;
